When Tom Cruise gushed embarrassingly about his love for Katie Holmes, what he kept quiet about was the $3 million she gets a year for putting up with, sorry, staying married to, the twice-divorced film star should they divorce during the first 10 years of marriage. Now four years in she's on $12 million; if she can keep it going past year 11, the marriage contract states she's entitled to a whopping half of his (at least) $250 million fortune.
