Due to the ongoing
patent feud between Samsung and Apple, Samsung today announced its plan to countersue Apple for patent infringement within its flagship
iPad tablet while pushing back the official launch date of Galaxy Tab 10.1 Australian version to the end of this month.
In the NSW Federal Court today, barrister David Catterns, legal representative of Samsung, revealed the company's plan to postpone the launch date while announcing its plan to counter sue Apple once the case made it to trial. Catterns added that Samsung's counter-claim would also encompass the
Apple iPhone.
