The 10th anniversary of 9/11 has somber. US has not face any repeat attacke since 9/11 because its homeland security has completely changed their nature of security.
US has completely changed the nature of airport security with tougher norms. People around the world are now getting used to new impositions into their privacy and public places.
But in the period of this 10 years India has just scores the number of blast and loses lives.

Oct 29,’05 in Delhi 62 killed and 155 injured. Bombs go off in sarojini nagar, Paharganj and Govindpuri in a span of 30 minutes.
Mar 7, 06 in varansi 21 killed and 62 injured. Two bombs go off, one at Sankat Mochan temple and one at the Cantonment railway station.
July 11,’06 in Mumbai 201 killed and 714 injured. Seven bombs go off in 11 minutes in mumbai’s local trains.
Sep 8, ’06 in Malegaon 40 killed and 312 injured. Bombs go off in a cemetery next to a mosque after Friday prayers on the day of Shab-e-Baraat.
Feb 19, ’07 in Samjhauta Express 68 killed and 12 injured. Bombs go off in two carriages of the samjhauta express.
Aug 25, ’07 in Hydrabad 44 killed and 89 injured. Two bombs go off in Hydrabad- at an amusement park and a popular restaurant.
Nov 23, ’07 in Varansi, Faizabad and Lucknow|| 15 killed and 80 injured. Six bombs go off in a span of 25 minutes in courthouses in Varansi, Faizabad and Lucknow.
May 13, ’08 in Jaipur 80 killed and 150 injured. Nine bombs go off in 15 minutes in jaipur.
July 26, ’08 in Ahmedabad 53 killed and 145 injured. More than 20 bombs go off in Ahmedabad.
Sept 13, ’08 in Delhi 24 killed and 151 injured. Five bombs go off in quick succession in Connaught Place, Karol Bag and GK.
Sept 27, ’08 in Delhi again 3 killed and 21 hurt. Bombs in a tiffin box kills three people and injured 21.
Nov 26-28 in Mumbai 165 killed and 200 injured. 10 heavily armed Pakistani gunman attack iconic building, including the Taj Mahal Hotal.
