Miss china humbles down Vanya mishra for miss world 2012 crown

 Indian hope Vanya mishra has been humbled down by Miss People's Republic of China in race for miss world 2012 crown. This is a huge setback for Indian people who were expecting to regain the crown after a long interval. Last Indian miss world was Priyanka Chopra.
Vanya Mishra was amongst the top seven finalists at the global beauty pageant. Vanya have lost the crown yet have left a memorable mark in everyone's heart. She won ‘Miss Social Media’ and ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ title and was being touted as one of the probable winner. 

  Vanya is a rare combination of beauty and brain. Born in Chandigarh, Punjab, Mishra won the subtitle Miss Rose Glow in 2011 and then went on to win the Miss India 2012 title along with various subtitles namely Miss Rose Glow 2012, Miss Photogenic 2012, Miss Colossal Eyes 2012 and Miss Beautiful Skin 2012.She is persuing Electrical Engineering.

Vanya's connection with social issues earned her a lot of applaud in miss world 2012 competition. She did some noted works with a charity named ‘Muktangan’ which won her fifty points extra, thus making her entry convenient amongst the top 7 finalists. 

Her attitude was at its superb best during the event. During the final round, the contestants were asked Why they deserved to be the next Miss World. Vanya answered: “I believe that the next Miss World should be a woman with a kind heart and humility, who wherever she goes, makes people feel that she is their own. Somebody who carries simple values in this complex world, somebody who believes in herself. And this is what I believe I am.” 

Though she has lost the crown, yet she has reached a million hearts.
